Lettings Property Manager

Position available for a Property Manager to join our friendly team in our Gloucester Head Office.

The successful candidate will be an organised and tenacious team player. The candidate must have experience in lettings or property management. A good understanding of all aspects of property lettings and tenancy laws would be beneficial.

Responsibilities will include: -

  • Assisting both tenants and landlords with property related enquiries
  • Conducting regular visits of managed properties and reporting back to landlords whilst also advising on potential improvements.
  • Compiling inventories (when required)
  • Completing checkouts and completing all associated administration
  • Liaising with relevant contractors to organise reactive and proactive property repairs
  • Complete relevant lettings administration from compiling tenancy agreements to organising mandatory safety tests.

Experience of Alto PM would be beneficial as would ARLA membership although full ARLA technical award training will be provided if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Loyalty bonus
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gloucester GL2 5FD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Property Management: 1 year (required)

Sales Negotiator

Naylor Powell Estate Agents are looking to hire a Sales Negotiator in our Hucclecote branch. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior sales negotiator to further in their career by working for a very successful and established business.

Naylor Powell is a leading Gloucestershire estate agency, with established sales and lettings branches across the county.

Requirements for the Sales Negotiator include:

  • Ideally, a minimum of 12 months estate agency experience gained within either sales or lettings but not essential.
  • An aptitude for selling and a desire to exceed targets
  • To provide an excellent customer service experience at all times
  • To build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients and staff
  • A full driving licence and own car

Training:

We have in-house training where the successful candidate will be encouraged to attend any relevant training courses to help with their career progression including NAEA qualification, plus the potential for future management training and development.
