The health of our colleagues and clients is always the highest priority for us. With the current situation of coronavirus will be putting extra measures in place.
Our colleagues will bring their own soap/hand sanitiser on every home visit. When they arrive at a property, they will wash their hands and will also ask the clients to do the same. At the end of the viewing colleagues will wash their hands again, as will the viewers.
Soap/hand sanitiser is available at all branches for visitors.
Following Government guidelines, we have asked any members of staff to not come to the office if they are showing symptoms.
If you are self-isolating or if you are in the at-risk group, please notify us by email as soon as possible.
Please avoid visiting our offices if possible and email or telephone us instead.
For sales which are going through the conveyance process, the majority of local solicitors already have the facility in place to work remotely. We are also able to work remotely if necessary and will be able to progress all sales through without disruption.
With regards to annual safety tests in managed properties, it has been advised that if access cannot be gained due to tenants self-isolating then some flexibility can be given, providing a full document trail is kept. Our Property Management team have a strategy in place for this.
Our management teams are doing all they can to ensure we have everything in place to limit any potential disruption to the service we provide. As Government guidelines change, we will adapt our message, keeping in close contact with all of our tenants, landlords and vendors.
