2022 is a landmark year for Naylor Powell as we celebrate 40 years selling and letting homes in Gloucestershire.
Established by Mike Naylor and Richard Powell in 1982, Naylor Powell has become a household name across the county as a forward thinking estate agency you can trust. The agency began with a determination to provide clients with the highest standard of customer service. There have been many changes over the years, however, this core principle of keeping customer service at the heart of the business will always remain.
Taking the business successfully into its 40th year is Managing Director, James Birt and Directors; Adam Davis, Robert Wade and Helena Birt. James Birt has recognised various opportunities for the business during his 22 years, including having the foresight to open a branch in Gloucester Docks in 2006, at the very start of the regeneration programme.
James Birt comments “40 years is a huge milestone for Naylor Powell. I am so proud to have been part of the business and together with our amazing team I’m looking forward to celebrating more big milestones. The property industry has brought many challenges over the years, but our experience and team ensure we overcome these together. We have dealt with tens of thousands of property transactions’ over the years and we are proud that many of these clients return to us and also recommend us to the next generation.”
The most integral part of Naylor Powell is its people. The growing network of branches across the county in Cheltenham, Gloucester Docks, Hempsted, Newent, Stonehouse and most recently Cam have teams who are all passionate about property and delivering exceptional service.
As a thank you to this amazing team, a large party was held in March. The fitting 80’s themed party saw a host of wonderful outfits from Boy George to the Smurfs! The party was a huge success with the help of some fabulous local companies including; Baking for Dais, Generations Events Glos Ltd, Bella Mia Pizzas, Mark Walby Music and Light Up Your Night.
Naylor Powell hope look forward to sharing the celebrations throughout 2022 with the community. Each branch has a nominated charity who they will be fundraising for throughout the year. Events include walking the perimeter of the Isle of Wight, cake sales and other seasonal events. There will also be a big prize draw for our followers which will be announced later in the year.
