New Branch Opens in Cheltenham

November, 2016

As part of our continued growth, we are delighted to announce we have opened a new sales and lettings branch in Cheltenham.

Formerly occupied by Whytes Estate Agents, the office is situated opposite the Co-op in the centre of a busy run of shops, which serves the local community of Warden Hill, Up Hatherley and surrounds.

Significant planning went into the design of the office with LED back lit window displays and a thoughtfully planned interior, providing a welcoming environment for clients and maximum exposure for each property listed with Naylor Powell.

The team of property professionals, who include Ian Whyte and Susan Chamberlain (formerly of Whyte’s) will be led by experienced Branch Manager, Robert Wade.  Robert comments “This is an excellent area for those looking to buy and rent.  There is a large mix of house styles and the local amenities and schools are excellent.  My aim is to offer our clients outstanding customer service and to ensure their experience of moving home is a positive one.”

Contrary to the negative portrayal of the property market in the media, Naylor Powell have had a very busy year.  Available property in Gloucestershire is still very low while there are many buyers looking for property therefore it is actually a great time to sell or let your home.

James Birt, Director comments “We have been monitoring the Cheltenham market for many years.  When the opportunity arose to acquire Whyte’s we jumped at it.  This suburb of Cheltenham is extremely popular with families, commuters to Cheltenham and the M5 and also retirees with the large number of bungalows in the area.  The location works well alongside our network of branches in Gloucester, Newent and Stonehouse.  I am confident that Robert and the team will deliver our renowned customer service.”
