Property Manager Vacancy

Position available for a Property Manager to join our friendly team in our Gloucester head office.

The successful candidate will be a tenacious, team player with at least 18 months' experience in lettings or property management. Must have a good understanding of all aspects of property lettings and tenancy laws.

Responsibilities will include:-

• Assisting both tenants and landlords with property related enquiries
• Conducting regular visits of managed properties and reporting back to landlords whilst also advising on potential improvements.
• Compiling inventories (when required)
• Completing checkouts and completing all associated administration
• Liaising with relevant contractors to organise reactive and proactive property repairs
• Complete relevant lettings administration from compiling tenancy agreements to organising mandatory safety tests.

Experience of CFP Winman would be beneficial as would ARLA membership although full ARLA technical award training will be provided if necessary.
