Stonehouse held its annual Celebration Day on Saturday 5th September. With an office in the heart of the town we are always keen to get involved in this event.
The Celebration Day runs through the centre of the town where there is entertainment, stalls and activities to keep the whole family entertained.
Naylor Powell sponsor the balloon race which is always a popular stall. A prize is awarded to the person whose balloon travelled the furthest as well as a prize for the person who returned it.
We always look forward to receiving the balloon slips to find out how far the balloons have travelled. Last year the winning balloon travelled over 17 miles to Malmesbury!
